1. Overview

Go Pineapple is strictly for individuals who are 18 years or older. 3. Sensitive Content Policy
3.1 User Responsibility for Sensitive Content
Users may post content that is classified as "sensitive" (e.g., nudity, adult themes) by marking it appropriately during submission. Sensitive content includes but is not limited to:
- Nudity
- Sexual themes
- Graphic depictions of violence or other adult themes
3.2 Submission and Labeling of Sensitive Content
All users must label sensitive content when posting. This can be done by selecting the "Sensitive Content" checkbox on the post submission form. Posts marked as sensitive will:
- Be blurred by default.
- Display a message: "Do you want to see this image?" with the options "Yes", "No", and "Turn off NSFW filter."
- Users may opt to turn off the NSFW filter sitewide in their account settings if they wish to view all sensitive material without additional prompts.
3.3 Viewing Sensitive Content
Users must confirm they are over 18 and opt-in to view sensitive content by adjusting their profile settings:
- Profile Toggle: In each user’s account, there will be an option: "Show sensitive material on all posts?" with the choices "Yes" or "No."
- By default, the "No" option is selected to ensure sensitive content is hidden from new users until they choose to enable it.
3.4 Prohibited Use of Sensitive Content
Sensitive content is prohibited in the following areas:
- Profile photos
- Profile banners
- Any other publicly accessible portions of the site that may be visible to non-registered users or users under 18.
Violation of this policy may result in the removal of the content or suspension of the user’s account.
4. Privacy and Password-Protected Albums
4.1 Sensitive Content in Albums
Members may create albums containing sensitive content that can be password-protected. Users are responsible for sharing the password with trusted individuals at their discretion. Go Pineapple does not provide any warranties for the security of shared passwords and advises users to be cautious about whom they share sensitive content with.
4.2 Accessing Password-Protected Albums
Only members who have been provided with the password can access these protected albums. Sensitive content in password-protected albums will not be accessible publicly and will require users to opt-in to view adult content by verifying their age.
5. Reporting Inappropriate Content
5.1 Community Reporting
Go Pineapple provides a reporting mechanism for users to flag inappropriate content. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sensitive content posted in non-sensitive areas (e.g., profile photos)
- Nudity, explicit content, or adult themes displayed without proper labeling or in public spaces.
- Graphic violence or offensive material violating community standards.
All reported posts will be reviewed by the moderation team. Users found to be repeatedly violating content policies may face suspension or banning.
5.2 Moderation and Review
Content flagged by community members will be temporarily hidden pending review by the moderation team. Go Pineapple reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts based on violation of sensitive content rules.
6. Advertising and Sensitive Content
6.1 Restrictions on Adult Content in Ads
Go Pineapple’s advertising system does not permit the promotion or advertisement of pornographic material or any content that is deemed explicit or inappropriate for general audiences. All advertisements must comply with our advertising guidelines, and any attempt to advertise adult content through this system will result in immediate removal and potential account suspension.
7. Age-Appropriate Content and App Store Restrictions
Go Pineapple restricts access to sensitive content and is available only to an age-appropriate audience. This platform is designated for adult use only, and our mobile applications will only be available in app stores with age verification and restrictions (e.g., Mature 17+ or Adults Only 18+).
By using Go Pineapple, you agree to abide by the terms related to age restrictions, responsible content posting, and viewing of sensitive material.
8. Legal Disclaimers and Compliance
8.1 ID Verification
Go Pineapple requires ID verification to confirm that users accessing sensitive content are of legal age. This may include government-issued identification or other forms of validation in line with local regulations.
8.2 Geographic Restrictions
